Refund & Return Policy

At BuildRightKids, we want you and your child to love every STEM kit you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially assembled kits
• Downloadable or digital content
• Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@buildrightkids.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a product refund at no cost to you.
