Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times Because we partner with trusted suppliers to bring you a wide selection of STEM kits, shipping times may vary:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note these are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order. Carrier selection is made to ensure the best delivery experience for your area.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.
